  La señorita leoni, cada vez que voy me recibe con una sonrisa con una calidez humana y educación que ya no se ve en estos tiempos, tiene una habilidad impresionante; la eh visto atender a las personas y resolviendo sus inquietudes al punto de revisar varias veces los almacenes hasta que queden completamente satisfechas, y también quiero argumentar que me brindó una de la mejores experiencias que eh tenido comprando tiene una paciencia explicando cada detalle de los productos que tienen para ofrecer mil veces si es necesario y jamás pierde la compostura ni el hilo de las cosas, es de las trabajadoras que se ponen la camiseta de verdad. Las veces que voy y no está, el servicio que recibo no es igual. ¡Gente así es la que se necesita en este mundo!👏🌟

  The staff here is so unprofessional and impolite. Such a horrible experience and waste of time. Never gonna buy anything from Sephora again. I came here just to get a Burberry fragrance and told the staff directly to get it for me. She just said ok then went on with other customers. I was waiting for 15 minutes next to the check out counter before asking her again. She forgot and pretended she did not. She said someone else was getting it for me. No saying sorry or anything this time. They kept me waiting next to the counter for the next 10 minutes when I saw the other person brought back the fragrance. I asked them to check me out now because I am in a hurry and they told me to get in a very long line now, after making me wait for almost half an hour (and they never gave me the fragrance to get in line for checkout, what do I check out with?!). When I told them explicitly that she forgot about my fragrance earlier and the other staff just said to me that it’s NOT her fault. No saying sorry or anything AGAIN.

  I went there with my sister the woman working there was so kind 9/17 around 6-7 pm . So kind and helpful 🥰

  It's a small sephora not as big as the normal ones, but workers are friendly and it does its work for emergency purchases.

  Great service. Friendly staff. Lots to choose from to add to your makeup arsenal. The color match for my concealer was spot-on.
