  Scheduling online was a breeze. Front desk check in and check out were easy and streamlined. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Andrew did a fantastic job on the men's haircut and beard trim today. Easily five stars here, and looking forward to the next appointment.

  I had originally written a positive review about a year ago, but erased it weeks later once I started to see my real results. Now, a year later, I’m still dealing with breakage from my hair appointment with Taylor, I feel it necessary to warn others. I could’ve been a one off, so I don’t want to indefinitely say she’s bad at her job. She seemed very knowledgeable and was friendly. However, it took THREE tries to get my hair to look remotely close to what I wanted it to look like. All three tries, she kept bleaching and bleaching. So what happened? My hair started breaking. A lot. I had luscious long hair past my waistline and now, my the front crown of my hair barely grows. It has broken a lot, so now I look like I have choppy chin length bangs and jagged ends everywhere else. Originally, I had asked for balayage. She put way too much bleach in my hair, and toned it too light so it looked blonde. I’m a brunette and wanted ash blonde balayage but still wanted dimension to keep the darkness in. I went back, and was charged for toner this time, and she said she’d tone it down a bit. She didn’t. Instead, she toned it in a reddish brown color, so then, my hair looked like a solid shade of reddish brown. At that point, her manager got involved. I went back a third time and he agreed that the work wasn’t done well. He suggested what she could do to fix it. She ended up bleaching, yet again, and at this point, I just accepted whatever results. It looked like a solid shade of blonde with a horizontal line somewhere up top that faded the dark to light. Not a balayage, more of an ombre, but at that point, I didn’t care. Throughout the weeks, I noticed a lot of hair loss. Months later, I was seeing chopped bits, and a year later, I’m struggling to grow the front half of my hair and have these jagged random long bangs that were a result from breakage. I’ve never had bangs nor did I want them. I had long layers that started at my lower chest. I just wanted to share my experience. Like I said, I could’ve just been unlucky, but it happened, and I feel it should be known because I’m dealing with it a year later. A word to the wise, don’t let them abuse the bleach.
