  Don’t waste your money or time here. First, the selection is very limited. Second, in my experience, they sell old or improperly stored products. I bought the Tower 28 black mascara here — it’s been my go-to product for years. Normally, this mascara is kind of messy at first because it’s so liquidy. But the one I got here was dry right away. The same day, I ordered the brown version from Amazon, and it arrived fresh — with the usual messy consistency. So Sephora in Salisbury clearly sold me an old product. Luckily, they didn’t have much of what I was looking for, so I didn’t waste too much money. I’ll never return here.

  I want to start by saying i NEVER write review’s because of my busy schedule, however the customer service and kind staff at this location was so remarkable that i had to find time to show my appreciation. The employees were so kind and so quick to help me find what i was looking for. I will most definitely be coming back to this location specifically for any and all of my future “beauty” needs!

  I was so excited when Sephora opened. Now I’m so disappointed, I can’t believe that there’s only one associate. I had to wait more than 20 min to pay, while she was just walking around. Besides that, could not find any of the products I was looking for.
