  I got sucked into a FaceBook ad for a hydra facial and was getting a deal so I booked it. The appointment lasted all of maybe a half hour at best. I was told that all the blackheads in my nose are gone. When I looked in my nose at home in my magnifying mirror, there are a ton of blackheads left. There wasn’t any cleansing done for the rest of the face except a 10 minute mask. I was given a deep hyaluronic acid infusion and it looked good, ‘like a glazed donut’ as per the esthetician, but my face was dry as before by the evening. I had friends over that evening and no one could sense that I had gotten a facial just a few hours before. I am very disappointed as I’ve had some exceptionally amazing facials and this doesn’t even remotely qualify as even a good facial.

  Highly recommend Restore Wellness Spa! The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff Josie is incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful, making you feel comfortable and cared for throughout your visit. The spa is clean, relaxing, and truly focused on wellness and customer satisfaction. AAA+++

  My first time at Restore and I’ll definitely be going back! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The prices and treatment benefits are explained very well. Elaine did a great job with my IV and gave me a tour of the other services. The atmosphere is very relaxing and inviting. They provide socks and complimentary compression leg massager during your infusion. Love it! Can’t wait to go back!

  I have been coming to the Rockville Restore location for about two months now, and I have to say that it is FANTASTIC! I have previously had memberships to IV therapy places that just did IV therapy at a site, and some that came to your home, but I was excited to try all of Restore's options! Sydney greeted me so warmly and very professional all at the time. She gave me a complete tour, gave me plenty of time to ask open-ended questions, and she was clearly knowledgeable on every different type of options for patients to have treatment. It wasn't just Sydney who was sure nice and welcoming- Tessa is ALWAYS there to greet you with a smile when you walk in the door, and she has been there to show me many of the treatments, how they work, AND why they're beneficial. Fiona ia a wonderful! IV starter for IV treatments (she never misses and you don't even feel her start the IV), and she is very helpful when picking an infusion that best suits your needs! She is also very patient and funny! Josie is also very nice, smily and warm, but frankly, everyone really is very warm and welcoming. Doing the IV therapy always makes me feel better, but I have done now Red Light Therapy, Cryotherapy and Infrared Sauna, and I have now energy and feel much better. If you want to feel better and be surrounded a staff who you can tell loves to be at work, come to Restore at Rockville!

  I can’t say enough great things about Restore Hyper Wellness at the Fallsgrove Shopping Center. From the moment you walk in, the entire experience feels elevated—clean, welcoming, and run by a team that genuinely cares about your well-being. I go regularly for cryotherapy, oxygen chamber therapy, and IV infusions, and every single visit leaves me feeling recharged and taken care of. The cryotherapy sessions are invigorating and have become a key part of my recovery routine. The oxygen chamber therapy is incredibly relaxing and helps me reset both physically and mentally. And the IV treatments? Top-tier. You can really feel the difference afterward—hydrated, energized, and refreshed. Let’s not forget about the facials—leaves my skin feeling and looking great. What really sets this location apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly without ever feeling pushy. They take the time to explain everything, make sure you’re comfortable, and create an environment you actually look forward to coming back to. I’m a member and fully plan to continue being one. If you’re considering investing in your health and recovery, this is absolutely the place to do it. Highly recommend.
