    Janet did a great job cutting my very fine, thin hair, which had further thinned out post-partum. She was very pleasant, and made my hair look a lot better with a skillful cut.

    The only issue I have is that if I make a online appointment and select a Classic Blowout Classic Blowout w/Brush Styling for straight to wavy hair + relaxing Shampoo +Conditioner 35 Minutes Starts at $31.00 They try to charge for a Delux because I have natural curly thin hair I didn’t even have anything done except a brunch blow out not even a wash and they want to charge me $47 for this below and I don’t even have coarse hair? This below says curls, could, waves, or thick coarse hair all people of color don’t have coarse hair!!!!! Deluxe Blowout Deluxe Blowout w/Brush Styling for strong curls/coils/waves and/or thick coarse hair +relaxing Shampoo +Conditioner 60 Minutes Starts at $47.00

    I really, really appreciate the time & thought that MJ has taken to get the multicolor tones of my highlighted hair to blend better. As a blonde with silver gray roots its been a challenge to find the right toner to work without making my hair look too ashey. Fantastick work today, MJ! You ROCK!! ❤️💓❤️💓🤗⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Showed a picture where my hair is 1.5 in long on the sides and left it open on the counter. She immediately cut it down to less than 0.25 in. Within 8 min she was pushing me out without asking if it was okay or if there are any fixes needed. There are a couple other reviews along the lines of "rushed the haircut and was cut way too short" that matched my experience exactly so there might just be one stylist doing this. Edit: took another look and I realized its completely uneven and there's a few accidents cut nearly down to the skin. If you don't want to give good haircuts at least leave it long so I can go somewhere else to fix it.
