  Tali is the best. I have been going to her for over 17 yrs. When I walked out today a lady was in the shampoo chair and she said”I love what she did to your hair….another lady getting her haircut said”I love your hair and another person said my hair looked great. Those compliments came before I got to the cash register. She’s amazing!♥️🤗

  Absolutely terrible experience. Not only was the haircut overpriced for the quality I received, but the entire appointment was incredibly unprofessional. In the middle of my haircut, I was left sitting in the chair for about 20 minutes while my stylist went to tend to another customer. I’ve never experienced anything like that before. It felt like my time didn’t matter at all. When the haircut was finally finished, it looked rushed and wasn’t what I had asked for. Between the poor quality, the lack of attention, and the excessive wait during the appointment, I left feeling like I paid far too much for a haircut I wasn’t happy with. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service or professionalism. There are plenty of better options in the Rockville area that actually respect their customers’ time.

  I waited for up to 20+ minutes to be seen, and got bounced around between hair stylist to hair stylist because “Karen”, decided that it was appropriate to take me in, and change her mind as she washed my hair. She asked one of her co-workers in Spanish to do it, because she “didn’t want to do it”, and then opened the door on me while I was in the bathroom, when they had NO plans on doing my hair soon. I was then made to wait on a hair stylist, and got bounced off to the red-haired stylist, who told me that she didn’t think we’d be a good match because I told her I wanted my hair to be parted all the way back, and blow dried straight without an iron, and that I didn’t mind if it was completely straight. She also got upset I told her “NO product, none, absolutely none” on my hair, when she had already put product on it. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted product, and I could only stop her after she had already placed it on my hair. Only after my hair fully dried, AIR dried, that is, did the only qualified stylist at this location, MJ began to be able to do my hair because the other stylists just throw clients at her. I wouldn’t think it’s that hard to just ask people what they want in their hair, and to deny a client if you can’t take them. At many other locations, I when they didn’t have time they told me simply and clearly that they didn’t have time and there was no heartache. Not here though, they’ll just product on your hair and then get mad at you when you say you want none.

  The service was horrible. Everyone was being rushed in and out for example while I was being served another hair dresser said she couldn’t take her client so my hairdresser finished me up right there blow dried my hair and let me go so she could work on the next lady. My hair wasn’t even what I asked for. I asked for messy layers and side bangs. My bangs came out uneven, way too slanted and I didn’t even get the messy layers. Before she moved on I told her hey do you think you can give me layers? Then she replied I did if I do anymore it’s going to look bad. So I didn’t want to trust her with my hair anymore, paid and left. I only really came here because my usual place was booked and I had an event to go to the next day. While this place is nice if you want a quick trim they don’t give your hair cut the attention a client would want other wise.

  I am giving them 2 stars because they are being inconsistent in the amount they have charged me for a blow out. The last time I was there, I was charged $83 for a blow out. I have always been charged for a classic blowout until now. I feel like they are double charging me for my length and for the thickness of my hair. Why charge me for a classic blowout for at least 5 times and then charge me for a deluxe blowout the last time I was there. I called and spoke to the manager about this and she dismissed the fact that I have been charged a completely different amount the other times I’ve been at this location. Do yourself a favor and go to ulta if you have long hair. It’s $45 instead of $83 :)
