- JKJohnet KristieAug 23, 20261.0I am writing this message in frustration. Today, I had a 12:15pm appointment at the King Farm location in Rockville, MD for my daughter. The service was a deluxe blowout. We walked in at 12:17, were not greeted and I said "Hello, I have a 12:15 appointment". A stylist looked at me and then my child and told us to have a seat. We waited for 15 minutes with not one employee communicating with us about wait time, who would be working on her hair, or any other word. I left at 12:30. This is absolutely piss poor customer service and I do believe because my daughter is Black with a head of curly hair, we were ignored. Other customers with appointments who walked in after us were treated with the customer service anyone should expect from a business. I will never step foot in Hair Cuttery again. Train your employees better because this is disappointing, especially for my daughter!
