She has been straightforward, clear, helpful, and my hairs have completely disappeared. She even gifted me an aloe plant to help with healing, since I didn’t have one. Myself being a transgender woman, she has been extremely welcoming and kind, and she is extremely knowledgeable about what needs to be done to remove my remaining beard hair. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to use her for her services.

I was a client myself and also brought my 16-year-old daughter for treatment. The owner was unprofessional, inflexible, and provided poor customer service. When the treatment was ineffective, my daughter was made to feel as though it was her fault, which is completely unacceptable—especially when working with a minor. There was no clear plan of care, no accountability for poor results, and the equipment used does not appear to be state-of-the-art. Rather than adjusting the approach, responsibility was shifted to the client. I would walk around with a full beard before I ever give this woman another penny of my money.
