  Today I called Hair Cuttery and I needed an emergency haircut there phone staff scheduled me a same day appointment with Stylist Mr. Antonio. The Stylist on my arrival along with the phone receptionist were both patient and courteous. The haircut I received and the service was better than I expected. I departed satisfied and I even played in the outside sprinklers with other adults and there small children. I will return at next haircut and I do recommend service. Thumbs up to my stylist!

  I do not recommend this place at all. This was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The person who cut my hair was extremely rude, impatient, and made me feel completely unwelcome from the moment I walked in. No customer deserves to be treated with such a bad attitude. Instead of being professional and friendly, they were dismissive and unpleasant throughout the entire appointment. Save your money and go somewhere else where customers are actually respected. There are plenty of salons that value their clients—this is definitely not one of them. I will never come back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  I liked how Gladys cut my hair. She did a great job and would give her 5 stars! Before she was there I got there 15 minutes before my appointment and no one paid attention or was available so I sat down a couple minutes later a white lady arrived and they greeted her and helped her and just looked at me. I thought that was unfair and rude! Because of that my experience was a 3.

  If I could give a zero or minus I would give it to this salon. I have NEVER written a review for a business. I have just had the worst experience in my life with any kind of establishment. My daughter called and asked if there was a stylist that did black hair. While she was on the phone a man told a co-worker what she said and told her “this is hair cuttery” and making fun of her, and the coworker said to just hang up on her. She told him she didn’t get to ask her question and then he hung up on her. I then called back and asked to speak to a manger. I was told by the same guy that he was the manager (he didn’t know I was the mother of the previous caller). I asked for his name which he refused to give and then he asked what I wanted in a rude tone. He then said he wasn’t the manager and there was no manager. When I told him he was being rude and that I wanted to speak to another stylist telling him the descriptions of two other people who used to work there, he told me that they were all busy and he stopped to get the phone. I said I wanted to speak with someone else and he told me to call back tomorrow. He continued to say rude things and when I told him he was being rude and didn’t show any customer service he said I was rude. He continued with unnecessary and outrageous behavior until I hung up. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

  Visited Hair Cuttery and was attended to by Jinaki and I must say it was a great experience. She took a moment to understand my requirements before beginning the haircut, which I truly appreciated. She also carefully observed my hair type and adjusted her technique accordingly, which showed great professionalism. I would strongly recommend Jinaki.
