  Hi guys, please do not encourage this kind of foolishness people. These people are really very worst. They do not know anything. They don’t know how to do the proper haircut also and me I called them and I came to them and waited. This is my second time coming the first time when I came here I had a very bad experience in the haircut than the second time when I come here they do. They did a very worst haircut to me and also made me to wait for two hours. My appointment time was almost finished and I waited for two hours and they made a very worst haircut. Please do not come to this place.

  I request everyone please not to come to this place. This is the worst place that I have ever seen in my life. They gave an appointment to me and I came here after I am coming here that they made me to wait for an hour and later they’re telling they are busy they cannot handle me. They cannot do the haircut for me. This is the worst experience and after a waiting for an hour and so I’m getting a I am listening. This kind of thing is really made me feel very bad and I am I am giving Hannah a review for them if I had a more worse than anything I would have been done that done to them.

  This is the worst place I asked as I know, and this is the there are the worst people with no proper discipline and no proper cleanliness. called and I made an appointment. The lady told me to come and they have an available. They will do the haircut, but after I am coming here, she told me to wait. I wait for one hour and later on she told me that there is no available now you have to come the other day. This is the worst experience I had and and the lady I think she don’t know how to be disciplined and respectful to the customers who comes here.

  I wanted formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your salon in Riverdale, Maryland. I had an appointment scheduled at 3:30 PM with Ms. Gladis 4/30/26. Prior to my visit, I reviewed your online pricing, which listed a package for color, cut, and blow dry at $89. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the cost would instead be $160. When I questioned the significant difference, I was told it was due to the length of my hair. To adjust, I agreed to skip the blow dry and proceed with only a color and trim. Unfortunately, after spending approximately an hour at the salon, the final result was not what I expected. The top of my hair remained brown while the bottom turned red, leaving my hair visibly uneven in color. What made the situation more concerning was the interaction with the manager MARIE on duty. She instructed my stylist, Gladis, to charge me even more than initially discussed, stating that the service performed warranted a higher price. At that point, I felt I was being asked to accept both an unsatisfactory result and an increased charge. When I raised my concerns, the manager became confrontational and stepped into my personal space, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I came to Hair Cuttery expecting a relaxing and professional experience, but instead I left feeling stressed and dissatisfied. As a paying customer, I should not feel pressured, uncomfortable, or leave with a result that does not meet basic expectations. Given the circumstances—including the pricing discrepancy, the unsatisfactory outcome, and the unprofessional conduct—I am requesting a refund or, at minimum, a partial reimbursement. I hope you take this matter seriously and address both the customer service approach and pricing transparency at this location. I am never coming back to this location!!! THE MANAGER MARIE IS RUDE TO HISPANIC CUSTOMERS!!!!

  Hi , I’m sad . I scheduled an appointment for today with a hairstylist at 11:00 am . I arrived around 10:55 ish . The hairstylist was cutting a customers hair . I asked another hairstylist if there was someone else and she said no . At 11:05 I walked over to the hairstylist and he said to give him 5 minutes . He took me around 11:16 ish . I am sad that he or the other hairstylist NEVER said anything like “We are sorry we are running a little late please wait we want to service you “. He cut my hair . I love how he cuts my hair . I always select him . He finished and I paid . He NEVER said anything . I did not tip him . I like going to that Hair Cuttery it is so close to home and it is so quiet and love the music . I’m not sure if I’m going back . I wished they would’ve said something .
