  I would give this place zero stars if I could. My brother went in for a haircut today. He had been growing a high top for a long time, and my mom and I decided it was time to transition him to a low taper fade because we thought it would suit him better. My mom told the Ray that she wanted an even cut (she forgot about the low taper). As she wanted the top to match the sides. However, what the Ray did to my brother was everything EXCEPT an even cut. Our usual barber is Ray Williams. To be honest, we've never been completely satisfied with the haircuts he's given us, but my mom kept going to him because he had been cutting my brother's hair for years. Whenever my brother came in for a haircut with his high top, Ray would barely cut anything off the top and would just let it continue growing out. My mom would often have to trim it herself afterward to make it look presentable. Today, my brother specifically asked for a low taper fade. Unfortunately, he did not come home with anything close to the haircut he wanted. I'm honestly not even sure how to describe what Ray did. He completely shaved down the areas around both of my brother's ears, leaving almost no hair on the sides. As a result, his sideburns now look unusually long. Instead of giving him a fade in the back, he cut his hair into a V shape. The line up that was given to my brother is also botched. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience, especially because this haircut was supposed to be for the Fourth of July. I attached pictures because words don't fully capture how bad the haircut turned out. My brother won't be getting another haircut until right before school starts in about two months, so I'm hoping his hair grows back enough by then to fix it.
