  First time ever leaving a review for a shop however I feel like it’s important to say how this style made me feel so maybe there can be a change in the future. I came in to get a full single color deposit of a dark chocolate brown. My hair was a medium to dark copper/brown with an obvious red tint. I was nervous about going in and I had a right to be. I left there feeling ugly and overall disappointed in my service. My roots are a different color compared to the rest of my hair, as well as the hair color that was placed on my hair made my hair go very dark. I almost wanna say it’s black. I don’t see any brown in it. I don’t blame the stylist completely. I did still tip her for her service and she was very nice. However , I wish I was told that I needed something else done in order to get the color I wanted instead of going through the process just to be disappointed. I could have spent less amount of money at home and gotten a better result but I wanted to try a salon for the first time. I’m just over all disappointed and won’t be going through a salon again.

  I was so thrilled with my wash and style by Shenecole. She not only gave a thorough double wash but also understood the importance of pre drying thick, course hair before using the roller brush to style. I came away feeling like a million dollars!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Lateisha. My mom had just gotten out of the hospital, and something as simple as washing her hair has been really difficult for her. Lateisha went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, cared for, and truly special. Lateisha took her time, gently and thoroughly washing my mom’s hair without rushing, making sure she was at ease the entire time. It may seem like a small thing to some, but it meant the world to us. The kindness, patience, and genuine compassion shown made such a difference in our day. Not only did my mom leave looking great, but more importantly, she felt refreshed, uplifted, and cared for. We are so grateful for getting, Lateisha who treats her clients with such heart. Highly recommend!

  India was very friendly and professional. I have long hair, and she took her time with my trim to protect my length while making it look so much healthier. It was a nice, relaxing experience. Definitely recommend!
