  Stopped in without an appointment and Lacie took me right in…cut..color..blow out…and style!!! She is wonderful!!! I will 100% go back to her and recommend her to everyone!!! Also trying their new line Amika!!!!

  We came 45 mins before close. There was nobody there. They said they couldnt take him because a walk-in came n made an appt n left. I said well ill wait. Haircuts are quick. And then she said ill take him if the other customer doesnt come back. Which they never showed up. She did his hair. Cut alll his length n not even in the front. Its very lopsided. And what she did cut in the front looks like chunks missing. The back of his hair is well blended. My son now wants to shave it. Update- manager called about coming back in to fix his hair but I had to cut it myself so he could go to school the next day. Did offer refund and request the hair dresser picture be removed. So I covered her face but left the pink slippers.

  I must say I was skeptical of the young, 24 year old pretty blonde girl at first. However, even though I’m particular, gave me an awesome haircut and was so friendly and easy to talk to the entire time! Not only are her stylist skills are superb, she listened to every detail and her customer service was so inviting and welcoming that I gave her a tip that was worth more than the haircut itself. Even though this isn’t the cheapest place you can go to, I will surely be back just to be greeted by that same friendly smile. I recognize without hesitation even though I unfortunately didn’t catch her name. Complete satisfaction wasn’t guaranteed but certainly delivered! Thank you!!

  I had some matted knots that had been in my hair for about four months… Finally decided to make the call and I am so thankful and grateful that I did! Cailin Was so amazing including other stylist that helped a little bit too!! They made me feel right at home, not embarrassed, and I left there a whole new person! I can’t thank them enough! They are all so knowledgeable and just a great bunch of people!! Definitely found my hair Go to for myself and my daughter’s!
