Laina gave me the best facial I’ve had, along with facial waxing and eyebrow realignment before a big speech next week. I hadn’t had a facial in years, and she made me feel completely at ease. She was thoughtful, deeply knowledgeable, and generous in explaining what she was doing without ever making it feel overwhelming. Everything felt intentional, careful, and natural. Barbara did my French shellac manicure, and her 40 years of experience showed in the best way. She was warm, friendly, and so skilled. The conversation was easy and lively, never rushed, and she checked in throughout to make sure I was comfortable and happy. What made the experience so special was the care behind it. Laina brings such intelligence, kindness, and passion to her work, and Barbara brings the comfort and mastery of someone who clearly loves what she does. I left feeling polished, confident, and genuinely cared for. Five stars, easily. I would happily book with both of them again.
