  Very disappointed with this experience. I asked an employee, “Do you guys do perfume samples?” and she said no. I then clarified by asking, “Oh, you don’t do them anymore?” and she again said no. Afterward, I checked Google and other reviews and saw that Sephora does offer perfume samples, and that this particular location offers them as well. So why was I told otherwise? If samples are available, customers should be given accurate information. It honestly felt like she either didn’t want to make one or just didn’t feel like helping. After spending $200+, being told “no” when the service is actually available is incredibly frustrating. I’ve never had this issue at any other Sephora location. Please make sure all staff are properly trained and giving customers the same information. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location.

  I had a really great experience with Sam at the Sephora National Harbor location on 9/2/26. I came in looking for an item that showed as in stock online, and she took the time to actually look for it for me. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it, but Sam didn’t just leave it at that. She brought out a few similar options and helped me find something comparable to what I was originally looking for. I really appreciated how patient and helpful she was. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I found something I liked. Great customer service can really make a difference, and Sam definitely made my experience a good one. She deserves to be recognized!

  This is one of the bigger stores that has nearly ALL the perfumes! Even some that say “online only” on the app. I was so excited to sample some. I appreciate the little papers they have for sampling perfume. This location was well stocked.

  Genuinely do not go here to get your makeup done! They played on my face so bad. My eyebrows looked awful and so was my lip combo...foundation was too dark and nothing blended. Overall it looked nothing like the inspiration picture. Even when the woman tried to fix it after I addressed my issues it still looked awful. I'm very upset and wouldn't recommend anyone to go book a makeup appointment there. I immediately took my makeup off and did it myself for my event.
