I went to pick up a mobile order from the Sephora and Owings Mills on Sunday, August 16, 2026 at about 3pm. It was a very rainy day, yet the store was moderately crowded. I entered the store and was not greeted by anyone. Next, I walked around, looking for someone to assist me. Many team members looked me in my face or eyes and I know they could tell I was confused, but no one asked or offered help. They would quickly walk away or act distracted. I stood in line for 15 minutes only to be told that mobile orders are picked up at a different location within the store. When I walked to the mobile order pick up section of the store, I still had to wait an additional 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I had to walk up to someone and demand that they find someone to give me my mobile order. Then I had to wait another 5 minutes because the young lady who had the key was helping another customer. Total wait time for an item that was purchased online within five minutes, tool 30 minutes to receive. Maybe I just went on a bad day, however, I would much rather go to a different Sephora, one that is willing to help and assist and it doesn’t take 30 or more minutes to pick up an order that was purchased online.
