    This was my first time visiting Hair Cuttery at Foundry Row for a full service wash, blow dry, precision cut, and flat iron. Claudia was on time for my appointment. I showed her a picture of the modern bob I wanted as well as pictures of how I normally wear my hair. I have 3c/4a hair. Claudia did an excellent job with cutting and styling my hair. My hair has lots of movement and needs little maintenance to keep the overall shape. I thought the cost was very reasonable for the service I received. I will definitely return, and I highly recommend this salon.

    Made appointment for 12:15pm. Arrived at 12p. Sat for so long as four people were waited in before me. The Operator apologized as she said my information was erased from computer in error. When the Manager came - she was adamant that my appointment was at 10am even though I explained twice that it was at 12:15. She ignored my explanation. Quite rudely. I left to go to another Hair Cuttery after waiting an hour. Terrible customer service from the MANAGER!! Will NOT return. There were no apology or confirmation from the other operator. No consideration for my explanation at all. UGH…
