    Horrible experience! I never had a hair cut as yesterday. I have to go somewhere else to get fix it. However, the lady was nice but I needed someone who does better job

    Srey has been cutting mine and my son’s hair for well over a decade. She does a fantastic job. My son has special needs and she is amazing with him. He loves haircut day.

    Denny tried, but my hair was not cut well. It was uneven on the sides and the back was not tapered or styled correctly. I was very disappointed because I had to pay him more and I thought he had more experience.

    Showed up @ 11:30 for an 11:30 appt. After waiting a few minutes, we were asked if we had an appointment. I replied ‘yes’ and stated the name of the stylist. They said “oh, she’s not here” and then accused me of being the 10:00 appt. that no-showed earlier that morning. After I clarified that I had an 11:30 appt., I was subject to watching/listening while two of the stylists had a full-blown argument about how to handle the situation. TBH, I was about ready to just walk out. I stuck it out bc my daughter has an important event this evening. But I will not be going back. I do sincerely appreciate the stylist that made the time for us. She did a great job. But the customer service and management is clearly lacking. The phone was also ringing off the hook the whole time I was there.
