  Everyone is always friendly and very helpful. I appreciate when I am purchasing something that is going on sale in a few days, they let me know. They make great recommendations when I am not sure of a product.

  I love coming to this store because Kelly, the manager, is always so helpful and very friendly. She multi tasks like a champ and always has a pleasant demeanor. There are always large orders she has to unpack and stock, while answering the phones and helping each guest with such care! There is a new employee named Stephanie that is very good as well! I can’t forget to mention Cherie, she is always very helpful when I call and I need her to check if they have certain colors in stock. She is always willing to help me in any way she can

  Always check your account after shopping here. Shopped here a few months ago with a family member, checked my history to tell a coworker about a hair color I bought, and saw that I had an extra purchase from that same date. Looked at it and it was nothing I had bought, even had a different last 4 digits of their payment card. Notified SalonCentric about it because I didn't feel comfortable with someone using my account. Was contacted by the District Mentor, who had told me that the person who had checked me out was either the manager or the assistant manager and that they had told her that the extra purchase was from my friend that I had with me.... The person I was with had their OWN membership card to SalonCentric and had purchased her stuff before I did with her own card. Nothing on my purchase history was anything she had bought either. After going around in circles over and over explaining to this person that there was NO WAY POSSIBLE that this purchase was my family members purchase, she tells me that if a card isn't scanned properly it just pulls up the last persons information and goes off of that apparently. I don't know if that's what really happened, but definitely check your account after shopping here. Other than that incident, I always loved going to SalonCentric. They have great products and some stuff is cheaper here than at Cosmoprof. Never had a bad experience before this one.
