I went for blonde highlights , hair cuttery doesn’t put you under heater with bleach and foil so my hair doesn’t achieve the color properly so it was brassy yellow and orange, I went back and some “brown” was added not sure why , again not what I expected for $180

I specifically told the stylists I was leaving a cash tip, I gave my stylist the cash. When checking out, I handed the stylist my daughter had used the same cash tip. I charged the cuts. When I got home, I found that this young lady had added $20 tip to my bill. I didn't check before signing...my fault. Good haircuts, just be wary, watch your checkout better than I did.
