  I felt compelled to write this review after witnessing the incident referenced in Fahimeh’s recent review. I was shopping in the store at the time, and my experience of what occurred was very different from what was described. From what I observed, the staff remained professional, patient, and courteous throughout the interaction. There was a delay while employees attempted to locate a barcode for an item and assist with gift wrapping, which they explained multiple times while apologizing for the inconvenience. Despite their efforts to accommodate the request, the customer became increasingly impatient and spoke to the staff in a manner that I found disrespectful and unnecessarily condescending. One comment in particular stood out to me when a staff member was told, “Customer service used to be great until you people got here.” That statement was troubling and inappropriate “you people” is utterly rude. The employees continued to remain calm and professional despite being spoken to in a way that no one deserves while simply doing their job. I had to step in and say something because the staff wasn’t doing anything wrong. As the situation escalated, the customer’s husband also became visibly upset and raised his voice toward staff members. The atmosphere became uncomfortable enough that security was ultimately called. Even after the couple left, the employees apologized to everyone in the store, despite having handled the situation with remarkable patience and professionalism. I have been shopping at this location and the outlet center for years, and my experiences with the staff have consistently been positive. They are friendly, welcoming, hardworking, and always willing to go above and beyond to assist customers. Their dedication and professionalism are the reasons I continue to return. While every customer is entitled to share their experience, I believe it is equally important to recognize when employees are doing their best under difficult circumstances. Based on what I personally witnessed, the staff handled an unfair situation with grace, patience, and respect. They deserve recognition for that. I will continue to shop here because the savings are truly exceptional. The discounts offered allow me to purchase quality items at a fraction of traditional retail prices, which makes a significant difference. While they may not always have every shade, size, or color in stock, I’ve found that there are usually plenty of other great options available. Shopping here requires a bit of flexibility, but the value and affordability make it well worth the visit. I’ve consistently been able to find items that work for me while saving a substantial amount of money compared to paying full retail price.

  Very rude employees, they even didn’t know the price of their own selling products! They kept us for 30 min to call other branches and ask and finally they didn’t figure it out! They were the rudest, most inefficient sellers I’ve ever encountered! When we asked them why they are taking too long with no results they said you’re not welcome! You can leave! Their computer system also was down! I asked for a manager to talk to and they said we don’t have a manager here! Ugly experience. Never go back there.

  Updated: September 2021 Brand New Management and Staff are all awesome. Such a pleasant and welcoming environment. Any old customers that were turned off by a bad experience should definitely return. It’s a night and day experience. ————————————— Previous comment Rhonda S. gave me the best customer experience of my life. She was kind and engaging. Very attentive to each and every customer. She made sure no one was left out or purchased without knowing the policy that ALL sales are final. I appreciate that so much. I was having a rough time and I sometimes browse and buy cosmetics to take my mind off things. It was just a pleasant experience. No stress despite my big purchase. Lol. I had been to this store in the past and the customer service is hit or miss. Some staff have been very unpleasant. I know several people who wont shop here anymore. I have been spreading the word that a new face is at the store. She's very pleasant. The store is always very clean and I enjoy the variety of discounted big named products I can get. They sell all of these great products MAC, CLINIQUE, BOBBI BROWN, ESTEE LAUDER, TOO FACED, SMASH BOX, ORIGINS, TOM FORD, and some others. Again, ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! Keep this in mind when shopping... Be sure to use the testers to make sure you have the correct shade etc. Such a fun place again!!! The 5 stars are for my excellent experiences and the variety of great stuff I can buy. Not for the mean non engaging staff. That makes me uncomfortable and embarrasses me when I touch or test products. Who talks sternly and irritated whenever you ask any questions. :(
