  I have purchased several 3.4 oz perfume bottles from the Sephora inside Kohl's at Middle River, and not once have I received any samples with my purchase. Last month, I purchased a bottle at the Sephora inside Kohl's in Bel Air and received samples without even having to ask. Today, I purchased another bottle at the Middle River location. When I noticed there were no samples in my bag, I politely asked the sales associate if any were available. She looked at me and simply said, "We don't have samples," then turned her entire body away from me, effectively ending the conversation. The dismissive and rude customer service was disappointing. As a result, I plan to return this bottle and purchase it elsewhere. This experience has cost this location my future business. Customer service matters, and this Sephora inside Kohl's at Middle River will not be getting any more of my money.

  The last two times I went, the service was terrible. The manager was annoyed because the assistant called her to open the compartment where the fragrances are kept. Very bad attitude. Yesterday I went again and they told me the bills were counterfeit. I went to the bank and everything is in order. It's sad and terrible customer service.
