  I have purchased several 3.4 oz perfume bottles from the Sephora inside Kohl's at Middle River, and not once have I received any samples with my purchase. Last month, I purchased a bottle at the Sephora inside Kohl's in Bel Air and received samples without even having to ask. Today, I purchased another bottle at the Middle River location. When I noticed there were no samples in my bag, I politely asked the sales associate if any were available. She looked at me and simply said, "We don't have samples," then turned her entire body away from me, effectively ending the conversation. The dismissive and rude customer service was disappointing. As a result, I plan to return this bottle and purchase it elsewhere. This experience has cost this location my future business. Customer service matters, and this Sephora inside Kohl's at Middle River will not be getting any more of my money.

  The workers on tonight were terrible, not friendly or nice. You will get more personality from the products than the workers. Id drive out of my way to avoid this store in the future. Hate your job, quit do all your customers a favor.

  The worker and manager are very unwelcoming. not to be mean, (sorry if u see this), but they seem very dull and bored. Idk why they choose these employees they do. They have a stank attitude if you ask a simple question, such as a question about the points system. they need to hire better employees. this kohls would be better off without this sephora here. it makes me walk right out whenever i step foot into this sephora. absolutely disgusting place. very unwelcoming and very unfriendly employees. i would say names, but im not that mean. but i remember them, and im not afraid to name them.
