  Called my wife at 10pm to tell her that her appointment, which was the next day in the afternoon, was canceled because the stylist wasn’t going to be there…. UNPROFESSIONAL!

  Vee does it again! I’ve been coming to her for a few years now and she never disappoints. She knows how to handle my thick hair. It’s always great catching up with her and always a pleasure being in her chair. Thanks Vee!

  I’ve been coming to Vivid for a while and Anna honestly has outdone herself every time! I’ve done different cuts, colors, and styles and Anna has been enthusiastic and on board for all of it. I can’t even imagine getting my hair done anywhere else. Love love love it here! Everyone is so kind and welcoming and it really is just a comfy and warm environment. Absolutely worth the time and money and I won’t be going anywhere else!

  I came in for cut and curly style. I’m so happy with my results! My stylist was Kyleen and she was very fun to talk to since we have a lot in common. She has great customer service skills, too. Offered me a discount for having to wait 30 minutes. Also, curly haired customers have no fear! Kyleen totally considered my hair texture when cutting and recommending appropriate products. She even saw a black customer with much coilier hair than me right before my session. I will be requesting her when I come back.

  I went in to see Anna today I went in with long thick hair and wanted a butterfly cut with wispy bangs face framing layers i did not feel like I loved my hair. It was very difficult to see in the salon due to lighting when i got home it was very noticeable it wasnt what I was going for in the back. Also noticed that my hair got thinned out a lot which I did not want wanted to keep the fulllness of my thick hair as much as possible maybe should ask customers in the future and i shouldve just made sure. However ,Anna did offer me to come back and get more layers if I did feel like I needed more but I will just grow it back and avoid getting my hair thinned out next time. She was a delight and so kind it just didnt come out loved like I wanted. I added a picture of what I have gotten before and wanted no thinning and what I got today.
