Asked for a fade and got more of a mushroom/bowl cut. Paid for a wash and cut and they didn’t wash their hair. The cuts were also very uneven. It was shocking at how bad they both turned out. I didn’t want to try and have them fix it just to end up with 2 boys with buzz cuts. I’ve tried this salon a few times and it’s really hit or miss but mostly miss. I won’t be back.

I’m recently coming off a terrible hair experience as a 4c tender headed girl with true PTSD from my last hair appointment. Sanaa was my stylist and renewed my hope in letting others do my hair. I only came for a wash, blow dry, deep condition, and trim. She was so sweet and provided every request I asked for. My scalp was cleansed thoroughly and she was so gentle with my hair. I didn’t flinch during the process. I’m so grateful these ladies greeted me with kindness and really listened to my request. The salon was very clean and these ladies seem very skilled in working with hair of all ethnicities and ages. I’ll def back for a sure.
