    I've been going to see Charlene for haircuts for quite awhile now and she has always been wonderful. I have never had my hair bleached or done vibrant colors before, but I recently lost my daughter and wanted to put her three favorite colors in my hair before we have her Celebration of Life. I told Charlene what colors I wanted and why, but gave her very little input beyond that because my brain is just not working great in my grief. She did an absolutely wonderful job, and I know my daughter would have loved the results. Happiness is a little hard to come by at the moment, but every time I see my reflection now, I also see a flash of the smile my beautiful girl would have given me if she were still with us. Thank you for that. So much.

    Palisar did such a great job washing my hair, and gave great product recommendations. She is very kind and gentle.Alyxx (Inthink I spelled her name wrong) is also an amazing stylist.

    Very friendly stylists/staff. Parisa did a good job with my cut and gives great conversation. Only had a blowdry brush instead of a blowdryer and round brush, so I would consider it a simple blowdry instead of a "classic blowout", so just be aware of that. I think that's the standard here nowadays, as I saw some other stylists using similar tools, so just make sure to ask when booking.

    When I arrived before my appointment. The young lady said that she would not be able to do my hair. Because she was new and it take her two hairs to do hair. My hair is not that long and easy to style. My hair is only shoulder length. I just needed a quick blowout. My blow dryer flatlined this morning.
