    My 15 year old daughter left in tears today. The stylist was a nice lady but she was very soft-spoken, had an accent, and was wearing a mask. My daughter couldn’t understand her. My daughter showed the stylist where she wanted her hair-cut (it was supposed to be collar-bone length), but it was cut above her shoulders. My daughter didn’t know how to communicate clearly with the stylist and left feeling very embarrassed and unhappy with her haircut.

    Wanted an all over dark grey color and was told they don't have any grey color, so I had to accept a lighter black shade instead? Don't really understand this because I did get a grey at another salon before and one of the stylists in this same HC location on the same day.pulled out a board with color swatches.for another customer and it did have some grey colors on there, but anyway, the color was the main thing I booked the appointment for and I was asked if I wanted the haircut also and I said I wanted a trim and wanted the curtain bang/wings to start above my eyebrows so they wouldn't fall into my eyes,.the stylist did not cut them shorter above my eyes as I asked for, they are completely hanging covering my eyes and I had to re wet them and try to shorten them more myself, also the feathering didn't lay right on one side, the appointment took longer than expected and my ride had to wait longer than planned for me outside, and I felt I was left sitting around longer than necessary because she had her young son there and was distracted with something in the back room with him for too long, All said and done, I felt like I was overcharged, I had a 50% discount offer prior to the appointment, and she did give me a much smaller discount but I would not have gotten and paid for the haircut if I knew I would have to cut again myself and I don't feel like she gave me the cut or color I asked her for, and wasted almost an hour extra because I had to do over
