  Lawmi cut my hair just as I asked (which rarely happens). Also, the BEST hair washing I’ve ever had (also done by Lawmi)…I will be returning.

  Sidney was amazing. Best spirit. Came in wanting a simple wash after a week since my last wash. Decided to get a cut as well to relive my look and that exactly what I got and more. Great chat and cut was much needed on this gloomy Sunday morning .

  Was a little skeptical about going in to get a wash, cut and style , when I first walked in the first lady that greeted me was not so welcoming (I didn’t get her name , but she had a short cut that was grey. She told another lady to assist me, and I’m so thankful that she did, her name is Aaliyah. Aaliyah was super understanding of my concerns, I told her what I was looking to expect and she did just that, from the minute that she washed my hair I knew that she was the one . My hair feels and looks beautiful, and she also knows how to up sale a service without being pushy.

  I had a wonderful experience at Hair Cuttery! Tiffany was amazing and did such a great job on my hair. She was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I absolutely love how my hair turned out, and I'm so happy with the results. Thank you, Tiffany, for making my hair look beautiful! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist!

  My experience at this hair salon was absolutely terrible. I wanted a simple haircut, just to have the ends trimmed. Unfortunately, things went very wrong from the start. The damaged ends had not been cut off, and worst of all, my hair was completely uneven. It looked as if rats had nibbled away at it. The entire appointment took less than 10 minutes, including the wash. There was no communication with me whatsoever; she simply cut my hair. I noticed that she was cutting off far too much hair and asked her not to cut it too short. She said nothing and continued cutting. She also did not always use a comb while cutting, but simply used the scissors. I walked out in complete disbelief, and my husband immediately pointed out that my hair was uneven and that he could still see a lot of damaged ends. We went back to the salon, but we were not treated kindly. It turned out afterwards that this person was the owner. Surely, an owner should listen to a customer's concerns and try to find a solution. She called the hairdresser in question inside, and the hairdresser then blamed me for everything, saying that I was an anxious person and that I had told her to stop. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. That was absolutely not true! I had only asked her not to cut my hair too short. The owner was extremely unfriendly, as if none of this had anything to do with her. I did not want this hairdresser to touch my hair again. After some arguing, another very kind hairdresser stepped in and corrected and trimmed my hair. She was clearly very skilled. Thankfully. However, my hair is now much shorter than I wanted it to be. What a terrible hair salon, and what incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly people working there. As I was walking out, one of the owners called after me and said that I had to pay extra for the blow-dry. She said this even after her hairdresser had completely ruined my hair. I was absolutely stunned. We simply walked away and will never return. What terrible customer service and such an inexperienced hairdresser. The reviews are completely accurate, and there are several customers who have walked out of this salon with uneven hair. Shame on you!
