  found what i was looking for but the cashier diane can work on her attitude. had 2 hijabi women in front of me in line who clearly weren’t fluent in english, yet diane was rude and loud. don’t work in places like these if you don’t have the patience for people like this.

  I had a great experience at the Sephora in Milestone Shopping Center. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a solid selection of products in stock. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy, and I appreciated how quick the checkout process was. Still, it's a reliable location and I’ll definitely be back.

  I had a great experience at the Sephora in Milestone Shopping Center. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a solid selection of products in stock. The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy, and I appreciated how quick the checkout process was. The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I wish there had been more shade options available in a few foundations I was interested in. Still, it's a reliable location and I’ll definitely be back.

  I had an amazing experience at Sephora inside the Kohl’s in Germantown, all thanks to Asla. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease, which I really appreciated. Despite assisting multiple customers in the store, Asla managed to give me her full attention, making sure I felt heard and supported. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every product I asked about, explaining each one in detail and providing recommendations based on my needs. I was impressed with how she listened to what I was looking for and made thoughtful suggestions. Her expertise made it so easy for me to trust her, and I ended up purchasing most of what she suggested, which turned out to be exactly what I needed. Asla’s ability to juggle helping me while also checking on other guests in the store really stood out. She made sure everyone was taken care of, but never made me feel rushed. It was clear she genuinely cared about providing a great experience for each customer. I left feeling not only satisfied with my purchases but also confident in the products I bought. Asla’s exceptional service and expertise made this one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time! Side note: I do hope I spelled her name right I visited on 02/26/2025 around 830/9PM.
