    I just walk in to check if I can cut my hair, I was welcomed by lady was very nice she introduced me to Shy, I was so happy with my hair cut the way I wanted it she was professional and fast service, definitely I will go back to have my hair cut there always

    I am so so SO happy with how my haircut and styling turned out. Nika took care of me and I feel that she really took into consideration what I was looking to do with my hair, she gave me suggestions/options/you name it. She also suggested ways on how I can take better care of my hair and which products are beneficial which I always appreciate. The environment was also calm which additionally made the experience overall relaxing. I will definitely be coming back time and time again, I have found my favorite hairstylist :)

    I called ahead to confirm they had a stylist experienced with curly pixie cuts, and they assured me someone was available. While Sophie was pleasant, the actual haircut was a nightmare. I usually have decent experiences at Hair Cuttery, but this was the worst ever. I went from long hair to a pixie, and my hair was left in shambles. She used clippers on my long hair, barely parted it for layers, and gaslighted me into thinking it looked fine. I only paid because I wanted to avoid an argument. Avoid this location and Sophie when and comes to pixie cuts—truly a traumatizing experience.
