    The salon was clean and brightly lit. The lady who cut my hair did a great job. She was very patient also because I had a hard time estimating the length I wanted to keep. I just needed a trim (3-4inches) so I booked a signature cut online because I saw it was only $35. I didn’t realize that the signature cut was really just a cut, no shampoo/conditioner before and they won’t dry your hair after either. The total for the cut, shampoo/conditioner and blow dry was $62. I don’t know what this is called, I just assumed all the services were included in the haircut. I was glad they were able to accommodate me for all these services.

    Normally I would leave a 5 star review but today I need to say that for the last 15 years that I have had my hair done at your salon and I have never seen such old towels used with clients. They were threadbare in places! Towels are a necessity and should always be in excellent condition.

    Joyce, was very friendly and kind. Gave her detailed desire and she blew it away. Best service im Germantown MD, and the price is great also. Highly recommend going there for any of your desired needs, as I used waxing as well as a cut and wash.
