    The day before my wife's wedding day she went in for a simple shampoo and blowout and comes back crying. First of all she went here because she was told the price would be less expensive than her regular salon, but after getting there they up charged her 30 dollars "because her hair is long", next she has a super sensitive scalp and told the stylist this multiple times that she was in pain, to which the stylist was rude to her and complained that if they didnt use a certain brush it wouldn't come out right.

    I went to get my haircut by Melodi and I booked my appointment online I'm not sure if there was an error on the website or if she was off today but I specifically choose her because of her experience I was instead provided services by Lola which she did well but I would've liked that they had at contacted me if she wasn't available The experience wasn't terrible but I would've have preferred to have the person I requested to cut my hair
