  Good attention to detail, but haven't been able to make a fluffy haircut for the last couple times I've asked. Too expensive for the wrong cuts. Will be looking elsewhere for haircare.

  I love my hairstylist Sherry. I have been going to her since 2019. I always book my next appt before I leave. My only complaint is there are never any rewards/advantages for returning customers. You cater to new customers only.

  I’ve been a regular for a while now with Courtney and I have had the best experience every time. It’s hard to trust people with your hair cux someone could mess it up in one second and it wouldn’t be back till the grow out phase but Courtney has made me hair look nice every time and has given me some tips and her honest opinion on haircuts for myself. The environment is very nice and cozy and it’s in a nice area as well! I recommend coming here and booking courtney if your new and in need of a new hairstylist!

  Absolutely horrible experience today. I had my hair done getting the roots lightened, and the first thing the stylist said was that they didn’t have the right developer (30) and then asked if I wanted to try that. I told her I didn’t want it darker and was ready to get up and leave, and then another stylist (her manager?) came in and started telling me that it was no problem and that they would get it to be the same shade as what I had before, or that it would at least be blonde. I felt like I was being pressured into it, and since they convinced me it would be the same shade, I let them go ahead. Two hours later, it’s brown. She didn’t dry my hair before I left, so I didn’t really see how bad it was until I got home, and it’s a clear difference between the cool-ish dark blonde I had previously and a line of reddish brown that looks absolutely horrible. And to add insult to injury, the stylist asked me twice if I wanted to darken the rest of my hair to match the garbage she put on my head. The last time I was in this salon and tried to very lightly darken my blonde to have it match the color, they turned it brown and then I had to use bleach to get it back to what it was, resulting in a lot of breakage. If you do not have the products to do something, then you shouldn’t advertise the service on the website. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew they didn’t have the right developer, and they DEFINITELY shouldn’t lie in the chair about what they are able to do.
