  Luna was so helpful helped me pick out the perf lip combo and was very patient and kind with me also trying to navigate the website. great employee soooo helpful!

  The staff here were all very friendly without being pushy. They were also incredibly patient with me as I wandered the store sampling close to two dozen products that I'd starred on the app. I do most of my shopping online but deeply appreciate having a brick and mortar store available to test colors and shades and consistency before buying anything new. There were one or two brands they didn't stock in store, but also other smaller brands I didn't expect to see were available to test in person so I didn't really mind. I was happy they had they the gift set of eyeshadow minis in stock (pictured) since specials often aren't. Thank you to Danny and the team!

  So glad I don't have to go to the mall or Kohl's to shop Sephora. I'm much prefer shopping here over Ulta because it's clean, well stocked and well staffed. I stopped there today for a travel perfume and everybody was super helpful! Especially Zecorah who was very patient with my questions, added some good insight on my options and helped me pick out a scent for my girls trip coming up. Thanks! Be back soon!

  Zecorah was extremely short and flat out rude with me. I guess I ruined her day by asking her to help me because when I first excused myself to get her attention (mind you she wasn’t even busy with another guest), she just kept talking to whoever she was talking to beforehand and barely made eye contact with me. Then I asked if it were possible to sharpen a lip liner tester for me so I could see if it’s the shade I need. She tells me they aren’t “allowed” to sharpen them and starts acting like someone’s gonna fire her over it. Eventually she came back with a sharpener (so clearly it’s normal to sharpen liners in store if there’s a sharpener) and — reluctantly - sharpens it for me. Like two minutes later I asked if she could grab me a perfume which she did no problem. But then when I go to check out she just types my number in on the phone thing and wordlessly points it at me so I can tap my phone. In her rush to get me out the store she forgot to even scan the liner I wanted. I literally hate writing reviews because I can get over most stuff, but being made to feel like an inconvenience for wanting to buy stuff in a store is crazy. Which sucks because everyone else in that location is super sweet.
