  Zecorah was extremely short and flat out rude with me. I guess I ruined her day by asking her to help me because when I first excused myself to get her attention (mind you she wasn’t even busy with another guest), she just kept talking to whoever she was talking to beforehand and barely made eye contact with me. Then I asked if it were possible to sharpen a lip liner tester for me so I could see if it’s the shade I need. She tells me they aren’t “allowed” to sharpen them and starts acting like someone’s gonna fire her over it. Eventually she came back with a sharpener (so clearly it’s normal to sharpen liners in store if there’s a sharpener) and — reluctantly - sharpens it for me. Like two minutes later I asked if she could grab me a perfume which she did no problem. But then when I go to check out she just types my number in on the phone thing and wordlessly points it at me so I can tap my phone. In her rush to get me out the store she forgot to even scan the liner I wanted. I literally hate writing reviews because I can get over most stuff, but being made to feel like an inconvenience for wanting to buy stuff in a store is crazy. Which sucks because everyone else in that location is super sweet.

  Extremely unethical policies and nonexistent customer service. Ulta is minutes away and always a significantly better experience.

  I had an outstanding experience at Sephora in Crofton thanks to Marchel. From the moment I entered the store, several employees greeted me, but unfortunately no one stopped to assist when it was clear I was having trouble finding what I needed. Marchel, however, went above and beyond. Even while managing the register and assisting other customers, she took the time to help me locate exactly what I was looking for. She was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued as a customer.

  It was wonderful to find a Sephora location that was not overrun by teens and tweens. I arrived early on Friday evening and the store was practically empty, which allowed me to shop in peace, grab what I need quickly, and even do a little extra browsing. They had all of the items I needed in stock... Including some products I have not been able to find it other locations. The staff were polite and allowed me to shop in peace, checking in wants to make sure that I was finding everything okay. I especially love that the store is in an outdoor shopping center and not tucked away in a mall somewhere where I have to walk past dozens of stores that I have no interest in just to find it. There's also plenty of parking in the shopping center, which only adds to the convenience.
