    Had two appointments with Neasa today in the evening. When I got there, she said she was running 45 minutes late so I went to dinner with my son. When I returned 45 minutes later, Neasa told me that she still had another 45-60 minutes and that I should just book with her another night. Neasa never called before we got there to say she was running late and never worked it out to have other stylists there cut our hair (they were all busy by the time Neasa told us to rebook). Neasa also never offered to make this up to us in any way (a small gesture would have been appreciated). We both had been customers of Neasa for about 6 months and had always tipped her 35% each time. We will NEVER book with her again or book with the Hair Cuttery in Gambrills. Would appreciate an apology from the manager of the location.

    Keyshawn did a wonderful job shortening my hair prior to chemotherapy! Hoping hairloss won’t be as dramatic now. He was very patient and made sure I felt good when I left!

    Wonderful experience. Dee provided a relaxing, massaging shampoo. My hair is thick and there wasn't much tugging pulling. I loved how she styled my hair. This Hair Cuttery is spacious compared to others I have visited. Dee - Thank you!

    DO NOT GO TO JOICE! She fried my hair off and it was coming out in clumps. She tries saying it’s tangled when it was actually over processed. I didn’t even get an apology from her.

    My teen girls both got cuts at the Waugh Chapel Hair Cuttery and are extremely happy with the results. One of my girls has wavy hair down past her waist that is relatively thick and booked Sandra for a trim and blowout. The other wanted her extremely thick hair that fell halfway down her back cut up to her shoulders with a blowout, which Keyshawn handled. Both stylists did an amazing job and the girls look fantastic! Rachel is my go-to stylist for trimming my thinner graying hair that is becoming multi-textured and she also does a terrific job every time.
