Great experience every time I've been there. Friendly staff and excellent service. I love how many earring options there are for wearing in new piercings so you aren't stuck with boring earrings and can also choose flat backs to wear while you're healing. Good option for kids getting their ears pierced for the first time as well.

Yen and Jessica were AMAZING!! They were super nice and accommodating. Constantly kept us in the loop of what they were doing or going to do and checking up during the piercing process. 10/10 🤍

Best piercing experience ever there’s really no locations to go in the Maryland Rockville area so this is the place you wanna go great staff very communicative. Great jewelry options and really just great overall vibes. Loved Michelle. Will definitely be going back.

Please don’t hesitate to get your piercings here! My experience with Rowan has been excellent. We were there for my 6 year olds piercing and Nurse Michelle was so kind, warm and welcoming. The space was clean and the process was swift. Unfortunately the following week, one of my daughter’s earrings got snagged and fell out. So we had to return immediately to get it fixed and put back in. It wasn’t crowded and we were taken care of immediately. Nurse Jessica worked with us. Let me just say, Jessica was an angel. My daughter was anxious and overwhelmed and she cried. Jessica was patient and calm and reassuring. After going back and forth some time I realized we weren’t going to be able to re pierce my daughter’s ear but Jessica wasn’t rude, coercive or impatient at all. And the other person who was there (I believe she was a manager) was also so gracious and patient with the situation. Although we opted to remove the earrings and try again when my kiddo is older, I’m so grateful that the Rowan staff were patient, kind and gentle with us with every encounter we h with them. Based on my experience I’d gladly return for myself (or if my youngest wants to try again at a later date). Thank you!
