  My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Rowan in Downtown Crown. Michelle was super patient when my daughter was nervous and even had her take a break until she was ready. She did a lobe piercing and it went great! I did a helix piercing and also had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Michelle at Rowan.

  I’ve been to this location twice and both times they were great. They are very welcoming and also accommodating to walk-ins. Yen did all my piercings and took the time to talk through them. She helped me decide on placements and explained the healing process thoroughly. She did my helix, conch, and 3rd lobes. She made me very comfortable and I will likely be back again.

  The absolute best experience I’ve received while having my ears pierced! Jessica was so great and relatable (I’m sure all their staff is great!) she made me feel at ease and did an amazing job while working the perfect placement for my piercings. 10/10 recommend from a fellow nurse!

  My daughter and I stopped in as a walk-in appointment to get her a nose piercing. First, I would like to mention that the store itself is so cute! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a wonderful nurse named Jessica. She could not have been more friendly, comforting or patient as we selected the jewelry for our piercings. My daughter is 14 but I imagine she would be incredible with the little ones as well. I valued our interaction so much that I also decided to get myself a piercing! Yennifer did my daughters’s nose piercing and was also calming and professional. she walked her through each part of the piercing itself beforehand, and then kept her calm and breathing during the piercing itself. As opposed to walking into a tattoo parlor to get a piercing done, this experience made both my daughter and I feel so fancy! Both Jessica and Yennifer contributed to make this experience so special and memorable. Highly recommend and will definitely go back!

  I had such an amazing experience at Rowan! I went in to get my third hole in my lobes, and the whole experience was so much better than I expected. Nurse Jessica did my ears, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, patient, and reassuring, and she made sure I felt comfortable and calm throughout the entire process. 💕 I’m so happy with my new piercings and would definitely recommend Rowan, especially Jessica, to anyone thinking about getting pierced! I’ll absolutely be back for my next one!
