This is the second subpar haircut I’ve had from this location and this is literally the worst haircut I’ve ever received… and I’ve had some pretty bad haircuts.

I did not want a blow dry, I just wanted my hair dried, I did not need it pulled or curled or anything, just needed it to be dry. So I was sitting there in the chair kinda held hostage, because how does the hair dresser even know if the cut is what the customer wanted if the hair is still wet? It truly feels like a bait and switch. I like the cut but I probably won't be coming back.
