  They do good work, Im Tinder head so it was a bit rough with two people working on my head but they did will for me have short hair. Lasted well

  I came here for a sew in on the 23rd of August for the first day of school. I made a reservation for 5:30pm, they pushed me to 6:30pm and I wasn’t in the chair until 7:30pm. The lady doing my hair was unprofessional and joked that she wishes she could just relax my hair. She installed 3 bundles into my head & left to go home and had someone else blow dry, curl and blend my leave out. The lady who did my blowdry & curl did a great job & used the heat protectant that I brought to her. I disliked the hair because it was too high at the top and even when I blended my hair into my bundles & straightened it, it looked off. I decided to take it out after having it in for 4 days & to my surprise she did the sew in absolutely incorrect. You could not see the string in my braids & it was extremely time consuming to get out of my head. It was also sewn in way too tight and gave me a headache after I left. Waste of 130$, stick to braids with this establishment I will not be returning. I also included a photo of what the sew in looked like trying to remove it. Ridiculous!! edit: i now have a bald spot in the middle of my head.

  I won't get into any details. What I'm about to write says it all. Albertine lost a customer after almost 9 years. I wasn't that important. I would come and get 4 heads done. Back to NJ where loyal customers matter.

  They are good with braids and cornrows. DON'T book wigs or sew in here, not great and way too expensive than better stylist. They are also not honest with prices when you book an appointment. They start your hair and quote you a different price way expensive than what's booked. The woman was rough with my head . Bad experience.

  The braiders are rude and unprofessional they talk bad about you in French while doing your hair her work is also not the neatest please save your money and don’t go there
