    Earlier today, I went to go get a haircut and was greatly disappointed with the experience. I usually go to Patrick (he is worth a 5 star, and is the only reason I didn’t score lower) but he was out today, and I was placed with Funda instead. I requested three things when sitting down in her chair (3 on the sides, 1/2 inch off my bangs, and to get rid of my sideburns), and she was only able to deliver on one of these requests. Funda chopped off ~2.5 inches from my bangs which made them practically nonexistent, and left my sideburns on despite my requests. She also went a bit high when using the blade on the back of my head (which seemed like a genuine mistake, but still worth mentioning). She then cut the top of my hair to attempt to blend, but it did not meet the usual quality of cut I normally get here. When asking her about my bangs during the cut, she said “you should’ve said that you wanted your bangs and wanted them to the right.” She attempted to correct them by texturizing, but this only cut off more from the bang. I am currently in the process of correcting this cut at home, but wanted to write a review to inform other customers that she needs instruction repeated several times before she understands what the client would like performed. I recommend going with either reference images or another stylist if possible.

    Mary in Fulton Md location was wonderful she did a great job very professional and personable. Gave me some great ideas. Her and the staff also help me out to pick something that would be appropriate for my age. Definitely will see her again. Thanks again Mary. You’re the best.
