  this place is Not joyous i called to ask about a product i had saw in person in store and they then procedded to claim they didnt have the product,, were they just too lazy to check not only did i use a tester of the product before, they were just full on claiming they didnt carry or sell the product

  First of, I cannot understand the fact that it is holliday seasons and there was it seems only two staffs. One lady doing her best and most to checkout customers, another older lady (very nonchalant) i tried to get her attention to ask for in stock perfume, she ignored, later on i met her again at the register after waiting 20mins in line. Oldee lady is very unprofessional, stereotype and wasted my time. i asked if a certain item was in stock, she told me to find the other younger lady to help and then get back in line of more than 8 ppl + waiting to get checked out. What is funny is the younger girl helped the previous customer with this WITH NO PROBLEM. They did not have to do what the older lady told me to do. Honestly, i will never buy in store at this location, nor even step foot in here. UNPROFESSIONAL, and has no idea how to assist customers appropriately and accordingly. Please wipe the smirk smile off your face.
