- MMmakenzieMay 4, 20262.0walked in for a trim appointment that i had scheduled prior, and immediately was greeted by “who’s taking this”, “not me!” and an absolutely unprofessional response and dirty look when the stylist was chosen, “i’m not doing that, nobody told me i had this”. i was stared at like i had just killed someone and was way too uncomfortable for her to cut my hair, even if a trim. told a stylist there who obviously knew how badly they were treating me that im too uncomfortable and im going elsewhere. ive never experienced that before. edit: the manager and i had a kind conversation and all is well. thankful for the quick response time and the sincere apology.

She lack experience will never use the shop on New Design Road in Frederick Md . Stylist did a horrible job . I know she was aware of how bad she did. I realized the bad cut when combing the hair style later. This needs to be made right. I am to embarrassed to leave my home. Unless I pwear a wig until some hair grows back. Hopefully no one else experiences this type of damage/iinsult.
