    Genuinely one of my worst haircut experiences ever last night, hair dresser was bickering with another employee for over 30 minutes of me being there, what I asked for was entirely ignored, only reason this isn't one star is because my brother got a haircut he is really happy with despite mine being genuinely upsetting to me

    8 a.m. doors were still locked and shades drawn. They heard me try the door and came to open. I was friendly and said "hi there". The reply I got was "hope u don't expect hot wax at 8 a.m. I don't know why they (the app) allow people to schedule". Wow! What despicable customer service!!!
