- MMMaryApr 14, 20265.0Faith did such an amazing job on my hair. I came in with a MESS for her tackle, and showed her exactly what I wanted and I’d say she exceeded my expectations. She also gave me a lot of good advice on which products to use on my hair type and which brands to stay away from. Any time I get my hair professionally cut, the stylist usually takes way too much off and gives me a super choppy cut. Faith didn’t do either. I purchased the shampoo she recommended at the salon. My hair feels healthier just a couple days later, and looks so cute. Bonus points for Faith because she reminded me of family too. She’s very easy going and talks you through everything she does before she does it so that you have the final choice. I’ll be back for sure!

- DDDallon DanforthMar 21, 20261.0The staff is very nice but they truly don’t know what they’re doing with men’s hair. They’ve really butchered my simple cuts at least 3 separate times. Won’t be going back. Edit: I asked my hairdresser to layer the back of my hair and preserve as much length as possible. Instead, she blended it and cut off about an inch all around. Basically the exact opposite of what I told her. I lost at least a month of growth because these people can’t be bothered to follow simple instructions. If you care about your appearance at all, don’t waste your time here.

Online Check-In becomes available five minutes after the salon opens. We accept Online Check-Ins up to the point where the estimated wait time is as long as the salon will remain open, or 30 minutes before closing time at the latest.

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
