  I went in yesterday (Monday) after having my hair ruined by Bubbles in Columbia on Saturday. I don’t know what else to say besides they saved me and my hair. Amazing job. Amazing artistry. These girls are actual angels. Originally I was scheduled at 5pm but I was called and able to come in earlier, I was maybe there for an hour. Maybe. It felt like 45 minutes. I love it. I should have just come here in the first place it would have saved me a lot of heartache. **The first two photos (left to right) are the finished product, the third picture is immediately after I left Bubbles, the fourth picture was my reference photo I brought to Bubbles and the last picture was a few weeks/days (I was taking pictures regularly to see if my hair is growing) before my appointment at Bubbles. I don’t have a picture of the horrible low lights that were done in an attempt to fix it but just imagine dark brown marker stripes on my yellow hair**

  Tina 5+. The stylist across from her at first station behind cashier w long braids was loud and complained about another client for 15 minutes. Very distracting & unprofessional. Not likely to return because of her.

  I have been going to Jenny for over 25 years & I always feel so much better & look about 10-15 years younger when I leave there. Jenny is so accommodating, friendly & professional in her styling & cutting of hair. You are lucky you have her at that Hair Cuttery.

  Hair Cutery sent out a 50% off hair cut in Ellicott City, Maryland route 40 location next to the Sherwin Williams paint store. They had times available for the following day andI took the 1:00pm time slot. Apon arrival the lady recognized me and commented "long time no see." There is a reason for that l thought to myself. Sat in her chair and told her l wanted to keep my hair long not short. Trim was the word l used. A trim for my 62 year old male hair style would have been an inch or less. She cut 2 1/2 to 3 inches off? That is why it was a long time between visits. I told her she was cutting my hair too short and she argued with me telling me l was too old to wear a mullet? I had a spinal fusion and was keeping my hair longer to cover and protect the scar from the sun. They seem to cut your hair the way they want and disregard directions. I did not get the 50% off either. Full price $32 plus tip. If you don't ask they don't offer discount. I wasn't happy with the cut and that distraction kept me from realizing l had paid full price for a short hair cut l did not request. Went back the next day and the girl said the manager was not in and could not refund me my $16. I asked if she could call her and she said no.

  I usually go for my monthly cut and color although sometimes I want it to be just a color. I have found that every month ago the price seems to go up a little bit for the family pack. I want to point out stop pushing us to get haircuts some of us want just color. Although my stylist was very good, I still think that recent price each month every couple months is being a bit too much
