- VSVinay Sheela3 days ago1.0I wish there were 0 stars. I’ve been visiting this store for about 4 years, and I’ve never had such a bad experience with the stylists before. This time, the stylists were making jokes about how little hair I have, which was extremely disrespectful and humiliating. I was welcomed with, “What are we cutting??” while the other stylists laughed. I had never seen this particular stylist before in all my years coming here. Then, after my haircut, another stylist—someone I’ve seen multiple times before—said, “Oh, there is a lot of hair on the ground,” which felt equally mocking. I have thin, shorter hair, and I only came in because I had an upcoming work trip and wanted a cleaner trim so I could look sharp instead of messy. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I came out silently. I don’t know what was wrong with them today, but basic decency and professionalism toward customers should never be optional. Shame on them. I am writing this as soon as I stepped out of the salon.

I received so many compliments from various people. Lee also has a wonderfully personality and make you feel very welcomed. Great work Lee!!!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
