- KKKit KattMay 10, 20264.0I haven't been to Hair Cuttery for many years and I was in need of a cut and color. I've seen numerous commercials lately so I thought I would give them another try. Overall, the experience was good and the staff was professional and kind. Cortney was great and I love the cut, color and highlights! Finding a hairstylist that knows how to cut and style women's short hair is hard to find but Cortney did an amazing job! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the salon could use some improvement on it's appearance.

I was booked with the wrong stylist and while I like Brittany (my regular stylist happened to be there) very much, I had her for 10 minutes and did not accomplish what I had wanted to achieve because of her time constraints. 2nd time appointment was a mistake by the person answering the phone. I have been a regular customer for over a year.
- COCatherine ObrienApr 20, 20262.0My first experience with this hair, Cuttery. I wasn’t told that the girl that was doing my hair was new and fresh out of school. I sat in the chair from 10:30 AM till 3:15 PM for a partial highlight trim and blow dry. I said to her I had to leave by 3 PM and I had to stop her blow drying my hair by 3:05 PM. It was $171. I gave her 20% tip. Not very satisfied with the color and I’m older and I can’t sit in a chair for 4 1/2 hours and not even offered water. She was very sweet however it was like watching on Google how to cut your own hair and color your own hair by watching what this girl was doing very long got very anxious. I’m a diabetic and I had to leave and it was $171 plus tip so it was 201. I’m not satisfied and I would like to know why management didn’t let me know that she was new.
