I came here after waiting 6 months for a botched haircut, an inverted Bob shag Karen cut, to grow out and I ended up with the same haircut I was trying to get rid of. Still a mushroom around the top of my head. I asked to come back to fix it and not only is it worse and just shorter with the same mushroom around my head its completely butured to hell in the back and I had no idea until I got home. Even when the manager came over to tell her how to fix it with a pointed cut, as soon as the manager walked away she started grabbing chunks of hair and blunt cutting it. When I asked her why, she suddenly started point cutting. Im not sure if at one point she was retaliating against me and just start making it look more horrible on purpose because I didn't like her haircut. Never again.
