  I had a cut at this location in May and definitely do not recommend it if you have wavy or curly hair. I paid over $100 for a cut from a “curly hair specialist” and was surprised when the stylist washed my hair before cutting it. I thought you were supposed to cut curly or wavy hair dry. The only way my cut and style looks good is when it is pin straight otherwise the layers are uneven and I wind up with an uneven and asymmetrical look when I wear my hair air dried/natural curls. Not worth the money at all. Gave it 2 stars because they were friendly.

  Not worth the cost. Thought I’d spend a little extra on a big haircut. I went in asking for short hair that hit my shoulders with long layers and not quite curtain bangs but layers in the front. Instead I left with a bob that’s shorter in the back and longer in the front. Can’t believe I spent that much on something that I now need to creatively tie up every day for the next few months until it grows out and I can get it fixed elsewhere.

  Don’t go here! Lexi will screw up your hair and thin it out without asking permission. She thinned my hair and chopped it all off. She should be fired! LEXI SUCKS.

  I started going to Thirty Hair after several terrible experiences at other places. I let them know up front about my hesitancy to try yet another place. I felt heard and seen from the beginning. From the front reception folks offering water or tea and also a complimentary hand massage, to the stylists behind the chairs, everyone was kind and helpful. On more than one occasion, other stylists have stepped in to shampoo or help blow dry my hair, but every person I have come in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. There was a time I was disappointed with the outcome and I politely shared my thoughts, and they worked to get me back in quickly and make sure I was satisfied. I have also sat back and observed the way other clients are treated and it's always a heartwarming observation. The owner has clearly worked hard to build a relaxing environment and a knowledgeable team. The salon is about 30 minutes from my house but it is absolutely worth the drive. I definitely recommend giving Thirty Hair a try!
