  I was disappointed by the customer service. The staff closed the doors before the mall had officially closed and appeared to avoid making eye contact with customers who were still trying to enter. It felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. Businesses should honor their posted hours and treat customers with courtesy until closing time. I hope this is addressed so future customers have a better experience.

  I had an appointment on a 90-degree day and was practically melting by the time I arrived at the MAC store. Sydney helped me cool down by offering me a portable fan, which was greatly appreciated. She is incredibly talented and flawlessly recreated the Mint Mocha look I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Sydney!

  Chichi is the truth! I came in on my birthday for a 1-on-1 makeup teaching, and although it was a teaching moment, my makeup came out flawless. Chichi was able to be thorough and detailed while also catering to incoming customers; I was amazed. She was super sweet, patient; answered all my questions and was open to feedback. I’m usually nervous about makeup appoints because I don’t usually like makeup on my face, but Chichi made me a MAC girl! ❤️❤️ Brown and darkskinned girlies go to Chichi!

  I stopped in about 20 minutes before close, the associate working was cleaning the floors. She didn’t say hello or anything kind (I was the only customer in there) she just said “WATCH! The floors are WET, just walk in the middle.” I couldn’t look at much of anything standing in the middle, she seemed annoyed that I was there and didn’t say anything more or offer any help, she just kept mopping, so I left. I felt like an inconvenience. I understand that store associates just want to get home when their shift is done, but I don’t think I’ll be going back again.
