    Under new salon leadership by Nicole’ (aka Coco) the service was excellent!!!! 5 Stars!!! Highly recommended!!! I hope her boss sees this because Coco deserves a substantial raise! She did an amazing job on my hair as a returning client after I was turned away from another Hair Cuttery/different location but I took a chance and came to this Cradlerock location and I received immediate compliments, even from my husband (and that rarely happens~ lol!! ) Thank you Coco!! The rest of the salon team Kieran, Alice & and the new stylist are going to do great under Coco’s leadership! She seriously deserves a raise!!!

    Bok did an excellent job with my hair! I requested a new much shorter style that I had worn in the past, and she was able to tame it back down and make it look clean and stylish! I would recommend here!

    I wasn’t going to say anything but HC sent me a text message asking about my experience so now I will. I have a bob that I needed cleaned up. I was assigned to an inexperienced stylist who didn’t know how to cut a bob. She wrapped a thick towel around my neck so the bob didn’t lay flat and started clipping my bob with dull scissors without sectioning it off. I complained and she called in a more experienced stylist to clean up the cut with barbershop clippers. Why are stylist who don’t know the basics being allowed to compete services? I’ll never come to this location again. Yikes.

    Hair cut & blowout: They literally messed up my hair. After cutting just a few strands, the stylist told me she was new. Then while doing curtain bangs, she realized she didn’t know how to do them and asked me to wait until another stylist was available. The blow dry was pathetic as well. If your stylists are not trained or confident in the haircut customers ask for, please don’t let them start the haircut at all. Extremely disappointing experience at Hair Cuttery again.
