I am passing thru the area. I looked on line and read the reviews from several clients. So I made an appointment. I was taken right away. Sunny was very attentive. I having curly but thin hair. She listen to my concerns and checked with me periodically to make sure I was happy with the cuts she was making. So far so good. I received compliments from my friends when I met up with them. The real proof will be in a couple of weeks as it grows out.

Thought she would cut off more that I wanted and would hate the haircut. She listened to me and went from there. She understood that I would be in chlorinated water and recommended at home products as well as store products. Loved my haircut!

I booked the service online which was super easy - one cut & blow out style for my 5 year old and one for my 10 year old. Both listed as eligible for this as the service was for 10 & under and the pricing was $35/each. Upon arrival, I was told if it took more than 5 mins to untangle my daughter's hair then I would be charged a fee. During this time, the stylist made comments to my daughter about her hair and how she needs to take better care of it. I was also asked multiple times how old my daughter was, even though I confirmed it was 10 AND under. My older daughter requested braids instead of a blowout and the stylist said sure. My younger daughter was finished well ahead of time, because she's 5. I showed a 25% off coupon for a service and they removed that from the bill. Then they told me it was $77 for everything (yes that was with the discount). Apparently there was a "long hair" fee of $13 each charged to both of my girls, and a fee of $7 *per braid* which was charged as well for my older daughter. None of these fees were mentioned during the service (aside from the extra untangling service which they didn't end up needing). That means, these services were $45-$55 each. For a child's haircut. What?! That is how much a cut and blowout costs at the salon I go to. Not to mention the attitude of the stylists. I will not be coming back here.

We brought our dad in for a haircut. He doesn’t get out easily and was not in good shape. His stylist was patient and compassionate and he looked great. I don’t think we could give any higher praise than that she was able to complete the haircut.
