  My daughter and I had the absolute pleasure of getting our haircuts and color done by Mercy and Kaneez, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! ✨ Their service was exceptional from start to finish. They truly listened to what we wanted and delivered with such precision and attention to detail. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and have such wonderful energy that made the whole experience even better. We both LOVE our hair and are so impressed with the results! 💕 We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Mercy and Kaneez! ✂️✨

  I have 3B curls. Iman did such a wonderful job with cutting and styling! He understands how curly hair works and provided some good tips for styling for more defined curls. I am definitely going back to see him again.

  I’ve been a loyal customer here for the past 3 years, and I’ve never had an experience this frustrating — especially with the front desk. The packages listed on their website don’t match what you actually get, so what you book and what you’re charged for are two different things. I booked a shampoo and blow dry, and opted out of ironing. But what I got wasn’t a real blow dry — she just dried my hair, nothing more. On top of that, I was charged separately for shampoo, blow dry, AND ironing — a service I specifically declined and never received. The total came to $106. Note: No haircut What bothered me most is that any extra charges were never mentioned before the service. Previously, the stylist would explain everything upfront and get your consent first. That didn’t happen this time. And there was no one at the front desk, so I couldn’t even raise my concerns in the moment.

  This review is specifically for Cynthia. I have had inconsistent experiences at Bubbles in general, but the haircut I got today from Cynthia was the best of my life. She listened intently to what I had to say about my experiences with my hair and what I wanted; she then actually played around in my hair a little bit so she could tell how my hair would naturally lay and act. She proceeded to give me the best haircut I have ever received. She is also extremely kind and engaging to interact with. As an autistic fat person who is queer, getting a haircut can be a difficult and/or pricey experience. This was an affordable haircut with someone who is LGBTQIA+ friendly and a thin person who is actively less fatphobic than most people I know. After I realized it was safe to tell her I was nonbinary, she asked about my pronouns. If you are looking for a haircut experience where you won’t be judged based off of who you are or what you look like, I highly recommend Cynthia. Truly excellent service, a great experience, at an affordable price (for 2026 it’s a steal). She truly went above and beyond with this cut (although it was not quick; if your hair is complex like mine, I would budget more than an hour). To feel safe receiving services as a neurodivergent LGBT+ person in 2026 is a rare gift that I will be eternally grateful to Cynthia for.

  Nanou is incredibly talented! This is, without a doubt, the best haircut and color I’ve ever had. My husband even said it’s the best my hair has ever looked , and he is not usually one to comment much on my hair. Nanou listened very carefully to what I wanted, gave me some great color maintenance advice. I left feeling very confident with a picture of myself I plan to post on my website. I am adding a before and after picture 🙂 Thank you, Nanou, for your amazing work. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional hairstylist!
