- DPDP Patterson3 days ago1.0I booked a appointment for Sunday @12:30pm for a wash, rollerset and sit under the dryer. It was approved and confirmed. I then shortly thereafter received 2 text confirmations. I show up on Sunday at 12:20pm for my scheduled appt- receptionist told me to take a seat and said Jessica will be my stylist. I sat down and waited. After 10 mins waiting I asked the receptionist how much longer- she says 15 mins. I then saw the lady just sitting in Jessica's chair to get her hair washed. At this time it was 12:40pm. The stylist continued and I was still waiting in the lobby area. My question- why would the receptionist give a Walk- in my stylist and my appointment time? I waited til 1pm. That was a thirty minute wait and that is RIDICULOUS!! I would highly recommend NOT using this Hair Cuttery location- River Hill shopping center. They have no respect for their Customers time and the Customers money. Where would they be without the Customers? What a waste of time!!

However, when I went there, the service person said that in addition to the perm, I have to pay another 32 dollars for a hair cut. I have to take the perm with the hair cut. I think this is not the right way to treat customers.
