- MJMelanie JenningsApr 12, 20265.0Wow! I recently called The Cosmetics Company Store in Clarksburg to place an order as our store in Hagerstown recently closed. I can't say enough about the quick, courteous service I received. The sales lady found the products I needed promptly and mailed them to me immediately for a nominal $7.00 fee. I placed the order on Friday and I recieved the items on Saturday. This service saved me a 45 minute drive to the store. I wish I remembered the name of the sales lady as she was fabulous! Thank you again for providing this wonderful service!

I came for something very specific and knocked on the door but does associate refuse to open the door making the eye contact. I knocked repeatedly and was refused entry more than 12 minutes before the closing time
- KPK POct 11, 20181.0Awful costumer service. The employees are so rude and don’t care if you have a good experience with them. It isn’t worth going there for the small discount you get at the outlets. Go to ulta or Sephora where you know you’ll be able to return things and get good service. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT SHOP HERE! You’ll regret it.
